"The San Antonio Ram Jack Crew arrived at our Austin, TX home shortly after 8:00am & went directly to work. They protected our lawn with black visquene for the excavation material. We live on the Eastern edge of the Balcones Escarpment with fractured Limestone held together by a little bit of dirt, so the 1st stone out of the ground was about a 100#, 18"x15"x6" flat piece of limestone. The crew worked tirelessly for almost 7 straight hours without a break or even lunch. 1/2 of the helical piles drilled were through the fractured limestone and it called on all of their expertise to drive the helical piles to their required depths. We witnessed the raising/leveling of the home's addition and the finished results of a positive/level addition. Their cleanup left our addition & surrounding ground as if they had never disturbed it. We are amazed & appreciative. Thank you Ram Jack!!!!"
"The technicians were very helpful and you can tell there are years of experience behind their work. The critique I would have is that there is a disconnect between the salesperson and the technicians. The service was performed and it was great but having to explain to the technicians what I needed to be done and what the salesperson told me what was going to be done was confusing. He showed me what needed to be done and explained the process. I've rarely met such a pleasant and knowledgeable individual. I put down a deposit and made an appointment for the work to be done. One week later, Feb. 19th, Raoull came and made the crack repairs. Hr was also very polite and professional. Raoul let me know what to expect re:any odor or drying time for what he had applied after filling the cracks in the basement foundation.
